1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine milk, sugar, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 8 minutes. Remove from heat; add peanut butter morsels and stir until smooth. Spread in foil lined 9 inch pan. Chill 30 minutes. Combine brown sugar, butter and syrup. Bring to boil. Remove from heat, add confectioners sugar and nuts. Stir until blended. Spread over peanut butter layer. Chill until firm.
