7 c. Rice Chex
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Pour over Rice Chex, mix well. Then toss in a covered container with powdered sugar until covered.
