CHERRY PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 qt. sour cherries

Mix first four ingredients. Mix boiling water, sugar and cherries (last 3 ingredients) and pour over sugar, flour, milk and baking powder mixture in a 9 x 13 inch long pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 50-60 minutes until nicely brown.
