CHERRY PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 rounding tbsp. butter
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. cherries
1 c. sugar
2 c. boiling juice

Cream sugar and butter. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately to sugar mixture with milk. Mix cherries, sugar and juice. Pour over batter. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
