MEXICAN CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 boned chicken breasts
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salsa
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Saute the chicken breasts in butter until browned on both sides. Place in one layer in baking dish. Pour salsa over chicken. Next, pour on sour cream. Then sprinkle on cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown. Serve with rice and vegetables or salad. Very easy!
