RED APPLE INN ROLLS | |
1 c. butter 2/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 c. boiling water 1 c. warm water 2 1/2 c. pkg. yeast 2 eggs 6 c. flour Pour boiling water over butter, salt and sugar. Let cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water (1 cup). Add beaten eggs and yeast-water to butter mixture. Add flour, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Make out 2 hours before baking. Brush with butter on top. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes or until done. |
