STUFFED STEAK 
Veal rounds
Bread crumbs
2 cans French onion soup
1 stick butter
Green onions & garlic
Salt & pepper

1. Mix bread crumbs, melted butter, chopped green onions and garlic; season.

2. Cut veal rounds into small pieces. On each piece put 1 or 2 tablespoons of stuffing, roll and hold together with toothpick. Brown in skillet and remove to plate as browned.

After browning all meat, warm onion soup in skillet, add meat rolls and cook on low fire until tender. (I put any bread stuffing not used on rounds, directly in gravy.)
