SQUASH PIE 
2 c. grated raw squash
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs (beaten)
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix together and pour into two 8 inch unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (You can use a deep dish 9 inch pie shell, but you need to bake a little longer.)
