STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. sliced strawberries
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 sm. containers sour cream

Mix water and Jello together. Add strawberries, nuts and pineapple. Pour 1/2 of mixture into long Pyrex pan. Place in refrigerator and let harden. Then spread on sour cream. Pour on remaining Jello mixture. Let harden again. Always a big hit!
