CARAMEL POPCORN 
7 qt. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Place popped corn in a roasting pan. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Take from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn and bake 1 hour at 250°F, stirring occasionally.
