PEACHES AND CREAM SALAD 
1 lg. can peaches
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2/3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 pt. Cool Whip, thawed

Drain peaches. Measure peach juice to one cup and bring to a boil. Dissolve Jello in hot juice, cool. Mash peaches and add to cooled juice. Add cottage cheese, pecans and Cool Whip. Fold together and pour into bowl or mold. 8 servings.
