1 stick softened butter
4 to 6 tsp. cream
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Cream well, divide. Roll each piece between 2 pieces waxed paper to about 1/4 inch thickness. Spread with peanut butter - smooth or crunchy. Roll jelly roll fashion. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill well, then slice.
