PEANUT BUTTER ROLL
2 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 c. water
Butter (as much as you want)
Peanut butter (as much as you want)

Boil sugar, syrup and water until it spins a thread or forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water. Set peanut butter in a pan of warm water; this will cause the peanut butter to be thin and it will spread easier. Beat egg whites until they fork peaks; pour syrup mixture into egg whites in a stream, beating continuously. Beat until firm or creamy and to the consistency that can be rolled out on a board coated with butter. Spread peanut butter over top and roll into a log. Cut with a thread.
