TORTILLA ROLL UPS 
1 1/2 lbs. bulk Italian sausage
2 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 c. spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano and basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
10 lg. flour tortillas
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (6 oz.)

Cook and stir sausage until no longer pink. Drain well. Stir in undrained cottage cheese and flour.

Combine the spaghetti sauce, oregano, basil, garlic powder. Stir 1/2 cup of mixture into the sausage mix. Spoon about 1/2 cup of sausage mix onto each tortilla. Roll up. Place them seam side down in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
