BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
3 bananas (sliced)
2 sticks butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
Chocolate Sauce (optional)

Melt 1 stick butter. Add crumbs and press mixture into 13 x 9 inch pan.

Combine 1 stick butter, 2 eggs and confectioners sugar. Beat for 5 minutes - until very light and fluffy. Spread beaten egg mixture over crumbs. Cover with drained pineapple.

Layer banana slices over pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts over all. Chill overnight. Cut into small squares - very rich!

Can be served with chocolate sauce poured over each piece just before serving.
