PIGS IN A BLANKET 
Core 1 large head of cabbage. Pan boil whole cabbage 20-30 minutes. Let cool; drain well. 1 lb. lean ground meat 3 eggs 1 onion, sm. Salt and pepper to taste

Combine meat mixture. Tear off leaves of cabbage. Fill leaves with meat mixture. Roll up and put in a deep casserole dish. Cover with tomato soup. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours, 350 degrees.
