PIGS IN A BLANKET 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground bacon
Minced garlic
1 c. rice
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all together. Boil 1 head cabbage just until leaves wilt. Drain; put a dab of meat mixture on cabbage leaf. Roll up, seal securely. When these are all rolled, lay on a bed of sauerkraut. Then top it off with the rest of sauerkraut. Add enough water to cover. Cover with lid and cook 1 hour.
