PIGS IN BLANKET 
1 lb. ground round (beef)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper

Brown above ingredients and set aside. Chop medium head cabbage coarsely. Heat 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of tomato soup with 1 cup raw rice and 1/2 cup water. Do not boil.

Layer in 3 quart casserole, cabbage, meat and soup with rice ending with meat. Generously cover with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
