PIGS IN BLANKETS 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. fat
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. hot water

Soak cabbage leaves in hot water until soft. Combine meat, salt, pepper, cooked rice, milk and mix well. Place tablespoon of meat mixture into each cabbage leaf; roll leaf around meat and fasten with toothpick.

Brown rolls lightly in the 2 tablespoons fat in pressure cooker. Sprinkle with brown sugar and add 1/2 cup hot water. Cook at 15 pounds pressure for 10 minutes. Serve with either a tomato sauce or butter. Found to be ideal for that "one hot dish" on a picnic.
