PIG IN THE BLANKET 
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage
2 eggs
4 rusk or 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt

Blend together butter, salt, sugar, baking powder and flour; add milk. Set aside.

Blend together hamburger, sausage, eggs, rusk, salt and enough milk to make mixture soft. Roll out dough like pie crust (1/8 in thick) and cut into 3 1/2 inch squares. Place meat mixture on squares and roll up, sealing edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
