SCOTCH MEAT PATTIES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 c. tomato paste
1/4 c. celery
2 tbsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine meat, milk, oats, salt and pepper. Make thin patties. Brown on both sides. Add water, vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
