BLUEBERRY BUCKLE COFFEE CAKE 
Cake:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix all cake ingredients together in order given. Pour batter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle topping on batter.

Bake 45 to 50 minutes.

Topping:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Mix topping ingredients separately.
