FRESH BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh blueberries (fold in)

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix ingredients in above order in large bowl. Mixture will be thick. Pour into greased 10 inch round x 1 1/2 inch deep Corning Ware pan. Make topping. Put on mixture. Bake 35 minutes in 375 degree oven. Test with toothpick.
