1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. light cream or half and half
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat to boiling while stirring. Boil mixture 3 minutes. Serve over ice cream. Delicious.
