BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter
Dash of salt

Combine sugars, flours and water and stir until smooth. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla, salt and butter. Cook and stir until butter is melted.

Wow, thank you so much for this simple recipe that tastes so much better than the ones with cream and other junk like corn syrups in it. I decided to use all brown sugar, and only 3 Table spoons of flour to combine the mix. I wanted it runny for a butter beer recipe. Divine.
