CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. oatmeal (put in blender until powder)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 oz. Hershey bar, grated
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, baking soda and mix creamed ingredients together. Then add chocolate chips, Hershey, nuts. Roll into golf ball size and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 6 minutes. Yield: 30 servings.
