MONKEY BREAD 
2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 c. flour
4 c. flour
1 cube butter (1/2 c.)

Mix everything except 4 cups flour. Add 4 cups as needed to make dough. Put in a warm place and allow to raise one hour. Knead until air is out then roll out to a thickness of 1/2 inch. Cut with a biscuit cutter and allow to raise one more hour. Melt one cube butter in a bundt pan and stand circles of dough on edge all around the pan. Bake at 425 degrees until done, 30 to 45 minutes.
