STRAWBERRY CHIFFON JELLO 
2 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
2 c. whipped cream
1 c. sliced strawberries
Ice cubes

Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup ice cubes and stir about 3 minutes until gelatin is slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in fruit. Pour into a 5 cup mold. Refrigerate. Repeat above with second package of gelatin except fold in whipped topping. Pour whipped mixture over fruit layer. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serves 10.
