GERMAN SKILLET HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 c. chopped red cabbage
4 tsp. vinegar
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. rice
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can tomato soup

Brown meat, onion and pepper. Cook rice in a pan. Add vinegar, sugar and cabbage to meat. Steam and stir until cabbage is nearly done, 1/2 hour. Add rice and soup. Bake in casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
