PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder

Heat oven to 350°F. Beat in medium bowl sugar, pumpkin, eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder. Pour into jelly roll pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and spread with cream cheese icing.
