RICE AND NOODLE PILAF | |
1/3 lb. med. size egg noodles 1/4 lb. butter 1 (4 6oz.) can chicken broth 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 3 1/4 c. rice 1 sm. onion, chopped Salt & pepper In large pan brown onion and dry noodles in butter. Add broth, mushrooms, rice and seasoning. Mix and wait for mixture to boil. Stir again. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, approximately 25 minutes. |
