POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. box vanilla pudding (instant)
4 eggs
1/3 c. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and fill muffin cups about one-half full. Bake for 15 minutes.
