BARBECUED MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 scant c. milk
Flour to dredge balls
3 tbsp. oil

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. onion, minced

For meat balls, combine meat, oats, onion, spices and milk. Form into balls and roll in flour. Brown in oil in heavy electric skillet. Cover with barbeque sauce. Turn electric skillet to low, 200 to 250 degrees, and simmer until sauce is thick. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
