OVEN-FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Place peel side down in shallow baking dish. Brush wedges with mixture of oil, cheese, garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, brushing occasionally with oil mixture. Servings 16.
