BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cook and drain
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs

Place broccoli in casserole dish. Mix together onion, mayonnaise, cheese, eggs and soup. Pour mixture over broccoli. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
