1 chocolate cake mix (without pudding)
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding (cooked kind)
1/3 c. oil
Chocolate chips & nuts as desired

Cook pudding and cool. Add cake mix and oil. Pour into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
