MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. potatoes (12 med.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
Paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. chopped chives

Spray casserole, cook potatoes until tender; drain well. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chives. Beat until fluffy; add butter. Spoon into casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in large dish.
