BEEF - CABBAGE DINNER 
1 tbsp. butter
5 c. cabbage, shredded
1 med. onion

Melt butter in skillet and add shredded cabbage and onion; mix well.

2 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

Arrange potatoes over cabbage. Crumble ground beef over potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce over ground beef. cover, cook on low heat 30 to 35 minutes or until meat is done. Serves 5.
