FROZEN PISTACHIO SALAD | |
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding 1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (do not drain) 1/2 c. real lime juice 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip Add pineapple juice and crushed pineapple to pistachio pudding. Add lime juice, fruit cocktail and last Cool Whip. Mix well and freeze in square Pyrex dish. Defrost time - 1/2 to 1 hour. Cut while frozen, before serving. |
