APPLE DUMPLINGS 
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. lard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. boiling water
butter

Mix and roll out like a jelly roll. Cover with 2 cups apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with butter. Roll up as a cinnamon roll. Cut and lay in baking pan. Add boiling water and brown sugar.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
