This dessert is to be arranged like a flower pot. Use plastic flowers and stick in the top. KIDS LOVE IT!!

Mix:

1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat:

2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix all of the above together. Crush a 20 ounce package of Oreo cookies. Place 1/3 Oreos in bottom of pan, then pudding, repeat - with a layer of Oreos on top. The kids love it if you put gummy worms between the layers.
