1 lb. pork sausage
1/4 c. sliced onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (16 oz.) jar pizza sauce
1 tsp. fennel seed
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
4 c. shredded American cheese

In 2-quart dish combine sausage, onion and green pepper. Microwave on HIGH for 6 1/2 minutes, stirring twice. Drain well. Stir in pizza sauce, fennel seed, oregano, and basil. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Stir in cheese. Cover; microwave at medium low for 20 minutes, stirring 3 times.
