HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. pineapple syrup
1/4 c. tomato ketchup
1 sm. onion, quartered
1 green pepper, cut in wedges
5 slices pineapple, cut in wedges

Trim fat from chops. Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown chops in greased skillet. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover, simmer 45 minutes or until done. If more liquid is needed, add water. 6 servings.
