HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Pineapple rings
Dried prunes
1 lb. carrots, cut into sticks

Lightly flour chops and brown in a little oil. Lay chops in baking dish. Top each with a pineapple ring. Place a dried prune in each pineapple center. Lay carrots aside of chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
