HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/4 c. catsup
4 pork chops (trim and chunk)
1 can beef broth
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. pineapple (crushed)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. green bell pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Salt, pepper and flour chops; brown and pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cornstarch. Cover. Simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix 2 tablespoons water with cornstarch; add to sauce mixture. Cook until thickened. Serve with rice.
