QUICK BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. milk (2% or skim)
Dash of pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheese, (cheddar or no cholesterol cheese is good)

Heat the 2 soups together and milk in medium saucepan until smooth. Heat gently to boil, stir, reduce heat, add broccoli and seasonings. Simmer gently 15 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted. Serves 6.
