STONEHENGE COUNTRY DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. each thyme, savory & white pepper
2 tbsp. sago cheese, finely grated
2 tbsp. onion, finely grated
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 c. Gruyere cheese, grated
1/2 clove garlic, peeled & minced

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly by hand or with electric mixer. Chill several hours or overnight before use.
