CLASSIC WALNUT PIE | |
3 eggs, lightly beaten 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 (9") unbaked pie shell 1 c. sugar 1 c. Karo syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. large walnuts, chopped Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, corn syrup, butter and vanilla, blend well. Pour into pie shell, arrange walnuts on top. Bake in lower third of oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake additional 35 to 45 minutes or until center appears set. Cool. |
