BUTTERNUT CAKE AND FROSTING 
CAKE:

1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar

Beat well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
Pecans (optional) to sprinkle on top
