PASTA IN A POT 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. sm. or med. sea shell pasta
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
Garlic salt to taste
Onion salt to taste
2 med. onions, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can mushroom pieces or 8-12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced and steamed
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Brown ground beef and onions together. Drain. Cook sea shells, drain, rinse and put in pot or small roaster that can be baked in the oven. Add in all other ingredients. Cut up or squash the stewed tomatoes before putting in. Break the Provolone into pieces. Mix thoroughly and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8 hearty appetites.
